You can't see this information yet for privacy reasons, but that functionality is coming! 

But at the top right of your paper you can see the over all number of page views and subscribers (you need to be logged-in Paper.li; these stats are only visible for the publisher).

And under your content settings under the Promote tab you can see a list of Paper.li users who have favorited your paper.
