It would be great if we could provide Google Analytics code so we can track the paper with other websites in Google.

You can place your analytics code in that page.
Create a page inside your web and place your paper inside a 100% width and height inline frame. Navigation for your site can be placed at the bottom of your new page.
Or any other type of analytics code, like for Piwik.
