I'm a Bit.ly Pro user and I have my own custom url shortner.
Like lots of other web services, Paper.ly should give the possibility to insert your Bit.ly Pro user login or personal API to use your custom short url for the tweets (and this way you can also track the clicks).

I would use paper.li SO much more if it offered bit.ly integration. As it is, now, I rarely share anything directly from the "newspaper" b/c I cannot track the post. Any update on this feature?
Any update on custom URLs? This seems to be taking a heck of a long time. :)
Thanks so much!
Hi Plug & Play APIs,
thank you for your request.
The custom URLs feature is still planned but is not expected until later this year. We are currently working on premium features that will allow publishers to control advertisements. This is scheduled to launch soon.
Best regards,
Birgit
Can you provide an update on the custom URLs feature? From the posts, it was discussed and planned a year ago. Thanks
Hi Fabrizio and Magnus,
thank you for the suggestion. We will put it on our list, together with custom URLs.
Best regards,
Birgit
That would indeed be awesome and while you're at it you should allow for custom url shortening domains too! Bit.ly will allow you to use your own domain and you should support this too.
