Add an Editor's note

The Editor’s note is a great tool for providing additional information about you and what your daily is all about. Many publishers aren't sure where to begin, so here are a few ideas: 

  • Tell your audience who you are and what your Paper.li is all about
  • Share insights on what your passions are
  • Extend an invitation for like minded people to contact you
  • Add a hyperlink and direct them additional URLs and information important to you, and them

 

There are two ways how to add the Editor's note:

1. When you create a new paper, you can directly add it here:

2. To add an Editor's note to an existing paper, just click on "Edit mode" on the top right on the frontpage of your paper (you need to be logged-in):

The Editor's Note can be revised whenever you want it to. After you have clicked on "Edit mode", you can work on it:

 Simply click on the editor`s  button:

and it will take you to your paper`s settings:

Please note: Please do not copy and paste text from other programs, such as word or notepad. The format that is used there can break the format of the Editor's Note.

 

When done, please do not forget to click on "Confirm" and on "Done editing":
