You can easily manage email notifications and the Twitter promo tweet for your paper.

In your paper settings / Promotion & Emails you will find a switch button under "Notifications control". Set the switch to the "On" position and the automatic notification will be disabled - you will be able to review your paper before sending notifications out.

Review your paper, manage the content, and then send out notification after you sign-off on each new edition. You can send out full-blown email newsletters to your subscribers, preview the email notification and copy & paste the HTML code of it.

With a click on the green "Send notifications now" button, you can send the email notifications.

Please note: This also impacts the promo tweet - it will be sent with the notifications.
