Bookmarklet: Detecting Videos Embedded on a Webpage

Situation

You are using the bookmarklet on a webpage where a video is embedded and the bookmarklet is not detecting the video. 

Possible cause

The paper.li bookmarklet can detect videos only on webpages which have used an oembed format. 

oEmbed is an open standard for embedding videos and/or images into a website.

Examples of sites that use this format:

• vimeo
• dailymotion
