What to do when Paypal declines your payment

If you have a billing agreement with Paypal and your monthly or yearly payment has been declined, the most efficient of action is to contact Paypal directly to learn the cause.

The approval/disapproval for Payment does not come directly from Paper.li.  When a payment has been declined, we are only able to view the message we have received from Paypal.
