If you're a publisher of a Pro Paper on a custom domain, you can extend your branding with a favicon at the top of your browser tab.
Favi-what?? A favicon (short for favorite icon) is also known as shortcut icon, url icon, website icon or bookmark icon. A favicon is displayed by a web browser next to the URL in the address bar, next to the website's name in a list of bookmarks, and in the title page in browsers that have tabbed browsing.
Incorporating a favicon into your Paper.li is a small touch that improves the overall quality of your paper and the recognition of your brand.
When looking through folders of bookmarks, including a favicon for your paper helps your readers recognize and find your site that much quicker.
Favicons provide instantaneous visual identification of your paper, improving your readers' recall and recognition, which is what branding is all about.
