If you delete your Paper.li paper, your subscription plan will be cancelled as well and your credit card information and personal data will be purged from our system. Once a paper is deleted, we are not able to restore it.
There will be no refunds or credits to your credit card or paypal account. However, if you have deleted your paper and have created another replacement paper, we will refund any "double billing" that occurs in the same month.

Caution: Deleting a WIX paper does not delete the App subscription. If you wish to downgrade the Paper.li News App in WIX, you must downgrade within the WIX website using these WIX instructions. |
