View Payment History, Print Past Invoices, or Update Payment Info

Need a copy of a past invoice in PDF format, want to view your past payment history or update your credit card information?

Access your billing dashboard 

A pro subscription is linked to one paper.  Each Pro paper has a separate billing dashboard.

You can find your billing dashboard by going to your Account Settings > Billing Info > and referencing the link under the section "Billing Dashboard URL" next to the paper name.

Or click on this link to be taken directly to your Account Settings.

The billing dashboard link is also found in your billing confirmation email.  

The link will automatically sign you into your Paper.li billing dashboard which allows you to:

• view payment history

• download past invoices in PDF format

• update your credit card information

• change your billing email address (different from a publisher account email)

• change from PayPal payment to credit card payment.

Note:  If you would like to switch from credit card payments to Paypal, please contact us.  A billing agreement with PayPal needs to be created for the subscription and it is not possible to do this within the Billing Dashboard.
