If you have an idea of what you want your domain to be, and you're ready to buy, here are three of the more popular domain registrars and instructions on how to purchase your domain with them. After you purchase your domain, you'll need to configure your domain's DNS.

Godaddy

1. Visit https://godaddy.com

2. Search for your desired domain to see if it's available.

3. If the domain you've chosen is available, you can add it to your cart.

4. On the next page, you'll be able to select whether or not you'd like to add domain security and what type. Select your preferred option, then click the Continue to Cart button.

5. From there, you'll be taken to the billing page where you can submit your payment and purchase your domain.

Namecheap

1. Visit https://www.namecheap.com

2. Search for your desired domain to see if it's available.

3. If your desired domain name is available, you can add it to your cart.

4. Click the Checkout button in the lower-right corner to proceed to the order confirmation page.

5. Choose the duration of your registration, whether or not you'd like it to automatically renew, select your security package, and enter your promo code if you have one. Finally, click Confirm Order to be taken to the payment page.

Gandi.net

1. Visit https://www.gandi.net

2. Search for your desired domain to see if it's available.

3. If your domain is available, you can add it to your cart.

4. When ready, click the Checkout button in the top-right corner.

5. Choose your registration duration and then click the Checkout button to proceed to the payment page.

There are, of course, a multitude of other registrars out there, and you're welcome to use whichever you prefer. They should all work with our service, you'll just need to configure their DNS the same way you would with any other registrar.
