support responded to me eloquently describing a problem:
"...For instance, you have "killed" in your filters. If an article titled "... woman killed" is tweeted, and the tweet text simply says, "This is awful" and links to the article, the article will still be considered since "killed" is not in the tweet text itself."
I wish you would scrape article titles (not just the links) and if possible the article text too (although I admit this may take a lot of resources)
Filters fail so hard because of this!
I also am unsure if filters accept wild cards, (kill* to cover kill killing killed killer), if it includes case or not, (CIA vs cia or Killed vs killed for example), punctuation: (C.I.A., a difference between mental-illness and "mental illness" if quotes work)
An indepth page on rulesets and how to most effectively use them would be most welcome to keep us from wasting our precious character space.
