double posts on all social media

Hi,

 

for some reason my paper gets send out twice. It is the same post at the same time on all my social media channels. Can this be fixed? Thank you. Simone

  Hi Fatema,

  Your paper was posting twice per day because you had Tweet Multiple Times (Beta) enabled under Social Media Agent > Twitter > Share Web Newspaper Link.

   

  

   

  I've disabled this for you, so your paper will no longer post twice a day to Twitter.

  So apparently mine is doing the same thing. I looked at Dorian's post below re: double post settings under the social media agent and am sure that is off. How do we fix this?

  Hi Eric,

  I checked your paper's settings, and there is currently no reason why your paper should be posting twice daily. Does this mean you found what was causing it or is it still posting twice?

  Hi, Dorian. Unfortunately, it is still double-posting to twitter at this time. While I agree the settings all are set to not allow it. Let me know how I should proceed.

  Hi Eric,

  It looks like your paper hasn't posted to Twitter since June 29. Please allow it to promote again with your next edition, and if it posts twice, please leave both posts intact and we'll be able to investigate.
