    @L.R. Gonzalez,

Yes, you can see who has subscribed to your paper if you have a pro subscription.

I would also like to know how to see subscribers to my paper. It's rather new but I have several subscribers already. I'm curious as to who they are but I don't see a way to check???

Currently only owners of papers can see the number of views and subscriptions. We will release functionality soon that will allow publishers to see their subscriber base and manage them directly. This is currently being worked on.

I don't have a time line, but it will be in the near future. We have a lot of publishers that are eager to see who is subscribed!

Kelly, I am the owner of the paper but cannot see subscribers. Where do I look for that?  Thanks!

Hi - when you are logged in you can see the number of subscribers and views on the front page, but not the subscribers themselves.

When you update this, let us be able to actually view the subscriber profiles would be great!  We might want to add them to our list of contributors...

Seeing the subscribers would add huge value to the service. I might even pay for it  ;-)

    Hi Kelly,

It seems that none of you guys ever looks into the comments under FAQ:  How can I change who contributes to my paper?

    People start complaining :-(

Hi there- please can you tell me whether the number of 'views' recorded on the log in page for each of the papers - is this a daily/ weekly/ monthly or lifetime number of views?

    Thanks

I'd also like to be able to view subscribers, and for obvious reasons, download their email addresses... when will that functionality be available?

Wow guys... I understand that this has been a LONG wait for this functionality but come on folks, let's remember that this site IS a FREE service to us.  I publish THREE daily papers and have not yet paid a dime to these folks for anything.  Yes, this function would be HUGELY beneficial but really...  they don't owe us an official response.  Some explaination and official response would be nice, but they don't owe it to us.  So let's chill and just appreciate what we they have given us for free until the functionality does arrive.

    Hi everyone,

We appreciate your feedback..  Indeed, we are not always able to get out all of the bells and whistles that are requested. We are still a start-up sized team and we thank you for your support and patience!

We are on track for rolling out subscriber stats /details this month so that users can see who is subscribing to their papers. Analytics are coming, however that package is still a step down the road.

Follow us on Twitter and, or, our blog -that is where I usually post new features first. Hope this helps and, again, thanks for publishing with us! We love the papers you all are publishing!

We would like to be able to have the email addresses and names of the people subscribing to our weekly newsletter. How do we get this information?

Good news. This is one is (dare I say "finally") on our list of "next up" features :)

Paper.li is one of the few services that allows non registered users to subscribe to a publication (customarily service providers want subscribers to be users as well)

We'd like to keep subscriptions open anyone who wants to follow a paper. Having said that, we understand the reasoning behind wantint to know who has subscribed to your paper so that you can connect with them.

We're currently looking at options, one of them being to add an overlay that allows non- registered users to opt-in to sharing their name, or remain anonymous.

We'll let you know when the final solution is signed off on and deployed. Until then, feel free to leave your ideas and comments for us.

I think it must be nearly a year since I requested this feature. Given the time that my papers take to produce not knowing who is reading them is a real pain because it is wasted work.

From this thread it seems like I should have the ability to download a subscriber list... Is this possible?  If yes how?

Also I have subscribers not receiving the email newsletter.  I subscribed myself with two different email addresses... I even received an email confirmation, but have still not received my own newsletter.  What can I do to correct this problem.

    Thank you for your help.

    Mayor of Hardware,

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to download your subscribers but we are working on this and this feature is coming in the next month or two.

Regarding your issue with subscribers not receiving your subscription emails, this can be due to a variety of reasons:  email going to spam, setting change in your paper etc.

I'm happy to help investigate the cause.  Check your email inbox....I'm sending you a direct message!!

    Hi Kelly,

I'm new here today and am curious about this important update. I signed up for the Pro version a couple of days ago.  While I don't have any problem with your fees as they are quite nominal for the capabilities that you provide, I do however need to know who my subscribers are for additional marketing purposes, and as we all know, "the money is in the list". I've spend the past two days getting everything looking great and went to embed a widget on my site, then thought, dah, who owns the subscriber emails? I'm still going forward with the widget but would love to know if and when Pro users will be able to see who their subscribers are.

    Thanks!

    Steve,

We are working on allowing publishers the ability to see their subscribers. We've been told by our product development team that this feature will be ready to roll out in August/September.  Kind regards, Julia

I'm curious.  What is currently being done with the email addresses that are entered when someone subscribes to my paper?  Am I building someone else's list and not knowing about it?
