Hi! It's not possible for you to do yourself, but if you send me the dates you wish me to delete, I will delete the old archive editions for you.

It should be possible for an owner to delete content from archives, the same as the current page, or at least delete the whole archived page. Especially at the beginning, when a user is learning to set up scraper daemons and so on, it is inevitable that there will be unwelcome, or inappropriate content.

    Hi,
I will pass your suggestion on to the product manager. We don't receive requests to delete archive editions often but I can see how it would be useful. Are there editions you would like me to delete for you?

How do we "send" such messages, as there appears to be no faiclity to do so. Unlike product forums, there is no live hypertext link in a users name, which would enable questioners to do so.

For example Perhaps you need a more flexible Forum System. There are may ready built options available from 3rd parties, and some are "open source - ie. Free, for example ....
    http://vanillaforums.org/

The software is available in "Cloud" (paid service)
or is available as "Open Source" - you host/you fix (Free Download)

See their own forum for an example :

    (other product providers are available)

Why can't users simply have a delete button on errant articles, just like on the live issue. This seems far easier and less time consuming, than employing a staff member to painstakingly follow up each and every request.

There should be a per article delete button, AND a whole issue delete button, on every archive. There is no need to be able to add any articles to past archives, as this would be pointless. We shouldn't need or be able to alter the past, but we ought to be able to delete incongruous pages, the only alternative is to delete an entire Paper altogether and start again, or perhaps never return and use some other publisher application instead.

Same.. I published by mistake, and a lot of unwanted content is there. Can you help me to delete the previous issue. I was not ready to publish.

I noticed this was posted in 2015 - was there ever a way of deleting an edition?

I agree. Please add an EDIT button to each archived issue so we can delete content or a whole issue if we wish. I don't have any in mind right now but would like this to be a part of the free service. Thanks.
