    I am scared my finger will one day by accident touch the red Delete Subscribers button. If that accidentally happened, would there be another confirmation screen to save me? .....my subscribers are obviously valuable

    Hi Mourad, Good question. Don't worry. If you accidentally click "Delete subscribers", you will get a warning message:

    "This action is permanent and there is no turning back! It will delete all subscribers except the owner and collaborators of the paper.
    To continue, type DELETE in the below field and click YES to confirm."

    And then you have to type in DELETE (all in CAPS) and click a button. (In other words you really have to be committed to getting rid of them) :)

    I must say that I believe It is VERY inefficient that one would have to create a ticket to remove a subscriber from their newsletter. The admin should have access to quickly remove any subscriber at any time.

    Pleroma, Thanks for your feedback. I will make a request to add this functionality. It's never been developed because removing just one subscriber is not a very common request.

    I have duplicate subscribers on my list, what's the best way to remove them so they don't receive more than one email? Also is there no catch that prevents the same email from signing up more than once?

    @CAA I took a look at your subscription list and see the two duplicate emails. The system should be preventing duplicates. I am checking with a developer to understand why it's occurring. Thanks for reporting the issue!

    @CAA, I checked with a developer who has done some testing and we are perplexed how you managed to subscribe twice. We've tested (signed up multiple times with same email) and can't duplicate the bug. :/ So for the moment, I have deleted the two additional emails that were duplicates and will be on the lookout for any other reports from other users of a similar issue. It is possible that there was a temporary database hiccup at the exact moment the second duplicate email was added?
