Sorry to hear that paper.li is not for you. I confirm I have cancelled your pro subscription.

I also want to unsubscribe - I find it awkward to curate useful content and find the false 'you've been featured in today's issue' tweets misleading and way too pushy. Also - why am I having to unsubscribe via a comment regarding someone else's frustration!? It should be way easier than this. Please confirm I have been unsubscribed.

    Julia Yaziji,
Me too! I signed on about 20 minutes ago thinking that this was something else. Could you please delete my details from your records? Thanks, Pat

Patrick, I confirm I have found a publisher account under your name and have deleted it. If you continue to get any emails from us, please submit a request so we can help further.

Incidentally, a publisher is able to delete his own account without having to write us. Here's a help article on how to delete an account:https://support.paper.li/hc/en-us/articles/204105843-How-to-delete-your-Paper-li-Publisher-Account-

Please cancel my paper.li account. My followers have enough political content inundating them. This paper does is not delivering the content promised. Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.

    Hi Marta,

You're welcome to delete your free paper if you wish, but it sounds like you just need to adjust your paper's content sources and possibly add some filters to them in order to get your content sorted out.

Please understand that we don't promise any particular type of content. Our service is a news aggregator that creates papers based on the sources you set. If one or more of the content sources you set promote a great deal of political articles, then that's what will appear in your paper.

I noticed you have a Twitter list with 242 accounts as one of your sources. It's quite possible this is where the political articles are coming from. You might consider making a new Twitter list that contains only the sources you wish to contribute to your paper, and then use that list as your source instead.

That one change should solve the problem. But if you still notice a political article slip through now and then, you can always apply filters to your sources and/or blacklist contributors or sites.

    I hope that helps.

I no longer wish to subscribe. I find it intrusive and difficult to use. I wish to cancel. Please do so.

Hi Trisha, I checked your publisher account, and I'm not seeing any Pro paper subscriptions. I do see that you are subscribed by email to a few papers and that you've opted to receive emails from Paper.li. Can you clarify exactly what it is you wish to unsubscribe from, please?

Please unsubscribe me as well.  I hate what is being posted on my feed. Totally does not describe me.
