Facebook Account in use
My Facebook Account says it's in use, but that's not possible. If I, at some point, logged into paper.li through Facebook, then I should be able to do so again and I can't. My account was created through Twitter. Now I can't bring in Facebook. If I can't get help BEFORE I become a Pro, why should I bother becoming a Pro...? I've been through all your Q & As and have not found this particular issue addressed.

Hi Deb,
If you ever logged into paper.li and used your facebook account, you have inadvertently created a new paper.li account. I found the extra account and have deleted it. Would you mind trying again to add your facebook account to your existing account? It should work now.

Same happens to me today with my Twitter account.
Almost zero of today's content is related to my paper's topic. One article, the rest is all general news and politics. After I deleted all unrelated material, only two items were left in today's edition, so I regenerated the edition. Same result: only one on-topic item, where we usually find, oh, dozens. If there were a way, I'd suspend publication so as not to spam my readers with material that is unrelated to this newsletter.

Hi Marlin, I see that you have submitted a ticket to remove the publisher account linked to twitter. Geremy will help you remove that extra account so you can add a twitter signin to your current paper.
Regarding your content, to get better, more focused content, I would suggest you take a look at this inforgraphic which will help you add more focused sources. Your sources are too general to pull in the kind of content you are looking for.

Well, For Me I did log in with one of my Facebook accounts but I purchased the PRO account on my hotmail account by signing into TWITTER and my hotmail account was attached to that account, but when I log into my FACEBOOK with the hotmail it says that it doesn't exist or it is already registered that is not possible. I EVEN DELETED The Other facebook account that was attached to paper.li which was a MAIL account and removed it completely since I thought it might have been tied up with my hotmail. HOWEVER, I paid good money for months now and I cannot EDIT my Moringa Paradigm News anymore, because I cannot log into my facebook account version of your site. AS if that weren't enough, I log in with the hotmail account through your email or even twitter, but still seem to not be able to edit that Moringa Paradigm news or my Domain site which is THEKINGMORINGA.COM. I am very distraught and confused what I have been paying for and I would like to go in and edit my site the way it used to be and FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER It would be nice to have a scheduled FACEBOOK POST as I did with the ERIC PLOTT Daily news, which I HATED, because it was never my content yet it was connected to my facebook and I could never stop it...That was nightmare. Please help me, somebody for the grace of God this is a publishing error and I cannot even get ahold of any of your people to answer my questions. I am sorry if I am being a nuisance, I have given up trying to fiddle with your site...Should I just stop paying for this service, or can a human being assist me here.
Kindest,
Eric Plott -
@Eric, Oh my! I am so sorry you're having difficulties signing in! I would be very happy to help! As a Pro publisher, you are receiving an invoice each month and on the email that is sent to you, there is a special PRO help email that you can use at any time to get prioritized help. Please feel free to use this email if you have any issue at all in the future.
To sign into your account, you should choose either the email option or the twitter option. You have not yet connected Facebook to sign in to your publisher account.
For the email option, you should enter your hotmail address and your password. Or, if you want to sign in with twitter, enter your twitter signin credentials, That is, enter PlottPalmTrees as the user name and your password for the twitter account.
If you have any other issues at all, please submit a request and we will be happy to help!
