When editing article's section category, drop down should include ALL categories

So tired of not finding the right category listed in the section drop-down menu when editing the section category of an article.

ALSO:

Would be nice if we can drag and drop the articles on the Headlines page into different categories.

Would also be easier if a drop-down menu of headlines appeared for each section on the headlines page, instead of having to go to a new window to see all the articles in that section.

Would also be nice to decide which sections show up on the headlines page, and in what order.

Everything mentioned above should be drag-and-drop.
