Hi! The menus have been updated and your stats for subscribers are now found in your Paper Settings Dashboard > Newsletter Service module > Subscriber Management tools. If you click "export subscribers" you will have a list of all your subscribers.

Here is some info on the menu changes.

Recommend that you return subscriber count to above newsletter views. It is awkward and unnecessary to have to bring up the export subscribers and scroll down to view number. Besides, watching the subscriber counter increase daily and weekly is a motivator to want to increase these numbers that is also very satisfying, pleasing and reinforcing from a marketing success perspective.

Thanks for the response. I will bring your point up with the product manager. I can definitely see your point...

Great! Thank you. I agree that it's all about the number of views and we can see that having incrementally more subscribers does not necessarily translate to more views. I am sure that significant increases boost the number of views more over time as only a relatively small percentage of subscribers seem to read the newsletters regularly. I love the product, but I feel that it is "missing something" that would make it even more compelling to open and read. I think any URL that contains a program like extension including "paper.li" in it is likely to be overlooked. Can that URL somehow be converted to our own domain? If it looks more official and less canned and formulaic it might be clicked on and opened more often. Just a thought.

    Hi!

I agree that papers on custom domain are more likely to be shared and viewed. You can put your paper on a custom domain to hide the paper.li domain. Here's some info on that.

And why isn't the page view stats available to non-Pro papers? I need this information to justify getting a Pro account from my management.

@Raj, I see your paper is Pro. Were you referring to another paper that you need stats for? I will share your comment with the product manager for discussion. I see your point.

@Julia you're seeing the paper I'm talking about. I'm paying out of my own pocket for this month so I can see those stats.

I know it is an old topic, but why you haven't available stats for the non-pro members.

How will (or everyone) know if the newspaper goes well and deserves to become pro?

My stats for counting visitors has been frozen for almost a week.  I need to know why and how to correct the problem:
