problems saving and keeping draft items
Hi,
Has anyone experienced problems today 24/4/16 with accessing, and saving to draft newsletters? The last few days of saved items has been lost and unwanted content is appearing (e.g. prince and beyonce!)

Very sorry for the frustration you are having. I will try to answer your questions here:
To switch back to classic theme, from your Paper Settings Dashboard, go to the Web Newspaper module > Layout & appearance > click the classic theme.
Unwanted content appearing in your draft (@stephen Seymour, I have a ticket from you and will respond directly but I believe the suggested content I am seeing meets the filter you have set up.)
Lost content: How are you adding the content that is disappearing? I have another report of content that is added using the bookmarklet disappearing. Does this describe what is occurring? I am trying to replicate so that we can fix so if you have any details, please share!
Red bar with error message when adding content to your draft: Is this still occurring @Kirk and Mimi Fisher? We pushed a fix to production that should have handled this error on Friday evening CET time. Please let us know if you are continuing to see an issue.
Missing controls when viewing a draft with new layout: @Derik McArthur This should have been fixed. We pushed a fix to production Friday afternoon CET time. Are you continuing to have an issue?

YES! Driving me nuts. I switched temporarily to the new view to see what it was like on Tuesday morning April 26th. Switched back to my normal layout and since then I cannot add anything to my draft - get the red error bar to try again in a few minutes. Also, when I try to delete a story from a category, it just repeats/adds a copy of an existing story. Very frustrating.

Today, the third day since the issue started, I am back to normal with no problems. The only thing I did was go through settings and change them and then change them back again hoping to reset something that had changed. I don't know if that helped, but it's better now. Paper.li - I enjoy the pro edition but if the support stays this poor I will not renew.
