Removing Trending Hashtag

I have turned off the trending hashtag because it is not relevant to my paper, but it is still showing up. How do I completely remove it, please?

  Hello!

  When you make a change to your topic sections, the changes do not take effect until the next edition. I see today's edition is without the trending hashtags. :)
