Hi Albert! Your new custom domain looks great! I see that you have enabled your custom header which hides all publisher icons from your readers. Now that you have those hidden, you must click ESC on your keyboard to sign into your paper and see your publisher icons and paper settings dashboard.

    Thank you Julia,

I actually found the answer shortly after posting this. I usually keep my notes but has misplaced them. And after some looking finally found what i stored them under. :)

I have the same problem with the only difference that I switch over to the new format a few months ago but had not attempted to to go into the back office until now. I have been unsuccessful in do so. I clicked ESC but neither the publisher icons nor paper settings dashboard appears. Please help

    Hi Anthony,

I spotted the issue! You have a white background in your custom image inserted into your header and the icon is also white! :/ If you put your cursor in the upper right corner and hover over where the paper setting icon normally is, the icon will appear as blue (once you have already clicked ESC and signed in).

I'll see if we can fix this....but in the meantime, you will have to sign in, then hover over the top right corner to see where icon is located.

Thank you @Julia for reminding us where to find this and how to go about correcting.

@Julia I have another question as I am working on my site and trying to submit it to search engines for indexing. How would I find the sitemap file?

I have found a way to get around this problem if anyone needs know how.
If go to your Webmaster Tools for Google, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo and so forth and when you add site map just enter this at the end of your website:

    ~sitemaps/sitemap_index.xml

It will look like this when you are done:

    http://pokerplayermarketinggroup.com/~sitemaps/sitemap_index.xml
