Previous paper versions not showing
Each month I publish my newspaper and create a blog post on my website. I went to my April blog and clicked on my newspaper hyperlink in my blog post. When clicked, the link takes me to my current version. This woudl suggest NO previous newspapers are evidenced. That is extremely disappointing. Is there no wat paper.li can add an identifier to the URL so that each newspaper version is distinguishable and one can see, publicly, previous version's of one's paper.

Hi Kathy, our link always shows the latest version. To access an older edition of your paper, you need to go through the Archives. Here's how. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Kathy, I am not sure if Magda fully answered your question. IF I understand you correctly, your blog always references a specific edition of your paper and you would like readers, if they visit your blog days or months later, to be taken to the correct edition you were referencing.
This is already possible, but as you correctly note, you need to include the unique identifier on the URL to reference the correct edition.
To locate the edition id to include in your URL, when you visit the archives, click on the current day (or whichever edition you would like to include in your blog post) and the URL will change to a format like http://beautyintheaye.com/?edition_id=fe9f5070-1b0c-11e6-8ef6-0cc47a0d1605 which references a specific edition.
If you need more help, please contact me directly so I can clarify and include a screenshot if necessary. (I am not able to include any images in the forum)
