I cannot delete my paper or delete my account

I just subscribed today so that I could test this out. I don't plan to proceed with a paper at this stage. I can see the delete buttons for both of the above functions and have tried clicking them but nothing is happening.

  Hmm, strange that the button is not functional at all?

  Is this the account and paper you wish to delete? If you could confirm, I will delete for you.
