Draft option in automatic edition

Facts:

*Automatic edition eliminate duplicated news but publish the last issue automatically and content curation takes place online

* Manual edition allows duplicate news and you work with a draft before publishing the new issue, so content curation takes place offline

Proposal:

It would be great if those who don't want duplicated news could work with a draft too and content curation tasks were offline.

Maybe you could offer a three publishing options:

* Full automatic mode (without duplicates but automatic publication)

* Automatic mode with draft (without duplicates to curate offline and publishing manually)

* Full manual mode (with duplicates, with a draft and publishing manually)
