Language of the platform (not the content)

I know how to change the language of my content, but I would like to change the language of the whole platform.

Main reason: to get the "suscriber webform" in english instead of french

I have looked for personal settings, account settings but can't find nothing around

  Hi Geoffroy,

  Please note that the UI language is based on the reader's preferences. For instance, I see your subscriber form in English.

  Same as Geoffroy, Vilbert, I like to be able tp have the platform in Dutch as asked by e-mail on May 5, 2018, see txt below:

  I try to find how to translate the subscribe CTA in the newspaper itself, but can not find it. Please help.
  I send you to screens
  on 001, subscribe must be 'Abonneren'
  on 002 I would like to translate to Dutch. ? how do I do that?
