The website https://paper.li/e-1430837563?edition_id=213af890-15dd-11ea-97ff-0cc47a0d1609&utm_campaign=paper_sub&utm_medium=email&utm_source=subscription#/  is run/owned by John Knutson,  who retired a few years ago.  It is owned on his now deactivated ID knutson@uk.ibm.com.  Can we get this reassigned or deleted please?

  Hi Nick,

  Would you like the paper reassigned or deleted? If you'd like it reassigned, the person taking over will need to create a publisher account. If you'll provide the name on the new account, I can reassign the paper for you. If you'd simply like the paper deleted, I can do that as well, just let me know.
