Why i see confirm subscription, 6 hours left?

I remembered when I entered that it was free. Why now do I see subscription confirm and 6 hours left? And i don't see a free option?
I can't use it anymore for free?

  Hi elisabetta,

  No worries, when your trial expired, your paper reverted back to the Free plan. You can keep your paper and continue publishing on the Free plan for as long as you wish.
