Do not display useless fields on the interface

I believe that it would be simpler and more fair not to display useless fields on the interface.

For example : the editor's profile description is not visible on "Free / Basic" papers.

The feature is only available after an upgrade to Pro and a change to the Classic Layout, post-upgrade.

However, the description field is visible on the interface of a user with "Free / Basic" papers.

I think that if no description is shown on the free papers, then the interface should not offer to write one. At bare minimum the field should be greyed out.

This would allow people to focus on useful information, and spend less time on dead-ends.
