how to change the title of my paper

TIhe Income inequality metrics OR impact investing OR social j... Daily - you named my paper using the topics list I entered. I want it to have a real title - The Burgess Report

 

I found a post saying that I could edit it by getting to the Global Settings menu which is supposed to be in the cog (settings) menu upper right. It is not there and I cannot see to do anything like insert a banner image. Very frustrated.
