Paid invoice twice
It appears I have been charged twice with an invoice for basic membership and the somehow my account was then upgraded to Pro membership. Can one of these payments please be refunded as I have no idea how the upgrade to Pro came about. Who do I have to contact to arrange this as I can't find any email address to follow up.
