How to file a dispute within Paper Li or 3rd Party for Deceptive Trade Practices

    Hello Natani,

    Please understand that we have repeatedly responded to your emails over a period of several days now in an attempt to provide customer support, yet you have not responded once. Please check your spam folder, as our emails may be being sent there.

    I should also mention that you did not respond to the last three support response emails we sent you back in July. Nor did you respond to any of our responses to your tickets in July, June, or February. It actually appears that, after dozens of attempts to reach you, we have yet to ever receive a response to any of our support emails to you. Please mention this when you file your report to "the appropriate consumer protection agencies both State and Federal." I can provide copies of the emails if necessary.
