    Hi Bill, I just checked your account in our Zendesk, and it turns out we sent six replies to your two tickets, but we never heard back from you. It's possible our responses are mistakenly being sent to your spam folder. You'll want to check there and also add noreply@paper.li to your email contacts so that our emails don't get sent there in the future.
