Ability to Classify Content Sources to Sections

It will be good that when using classic theme, each section not only had the option to rename but also to attribute which content source(s) go into that section. That way I can truly create a newspaper with custom sections.

Conversely, if I am editing/editing sources, I can choose which section(s) they are populating.

Finally, when renaming the section, I notice it doesn't rename the alt text when the mouse hovers over. That should be fixed as is a basic oversight
