Please stop billing me, I cancelled my account

My records indicate that I cancelled this account on 12/28/18, why am I still being billed.  Please cancel my account and stop billing me.

I will be reporting this to my credit card and dispute all charges if I don't get a quick resolution.

Hi Julie,

I just checked our billing system, and the only account I can find for you is the one you mentioned that was canceled on December 28, 2018, and expired on January 25, 2019. No payments have been collected on that account since then.

Is is possible you have a second account?

If you'll open a support ticket, we'll be happy to look further into this for you.
