Please stop billing me, I cancelled my account

    Hi Julie,

    I just checked our billing system, and the only account I can find for you is the one you mentioned that was canceled on December 28, 2018, and expired on January 25, 2019. No payments have been collected on that account since then.

    Is is possible you have a second account?

    If you'll open a support ticket, we'll be happy to look further into this for you.
