delete photo block in my paper

Hi

I started my paper up again and included 'photos' from the settings -it has picked up completely inappropriate pictures off the webs and published them in my paper - how do I delete the book for photos. every time I delete them they just keep adding back. its faulty/ridiculous - why cant I just delete the book like I can an article?

Also I don't seem to be able to add a video or photo manually? in the editing options. 

So basically - it's done a reasonable job of picking up a few relevant videos - I've deleted about half, and a very BAD job of picking photos - and the Japanese cartoon pics just keep coming. :-(

why cant I replace them
